Shipping Policy

This policy explains the general shipping, delivery, customs, and project-coordination terms for NiceUAV orders. Because many NiceUAV products are custom, project-based, battery-powered, electronic, oversized, or flight-related, final shipping terms may be confirmed separately before payment and shipment.

Order Confirmation

Before shipment, product configuration, quantity, destination, shipping method, packaging requirements, battery or electronic component status, and any custom details should be confirmed. For customized or project-based products, production begins only after order details and payment terms are agreed.

Processing and Production Time

Processing time varies by product type, stock status, customization level, testing requirements, and production schedule. Standard items may ship faster, while custom UAV, inflatable, LED, event-performance, or project-based products may require additional preparation and testing time.

Battery, Remote Control, and Flight Product Shipping Notice

Some NiceUAV products may include batteries, remote controllers, electronic components, or flight-related equipment. International shipping may be subject to carrier review, air transport restrictions, customs inspection, or additional destination-country requirements. Shipping time may therefore be longer than standard consumer products.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods depend on product size, weight, battery status, destination, carrier acceptance, and local import rules. NiceUAV will help review suitable options before dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may change because of carrier review, customs inspection, weather, holidays, local delivery arrangements, or destination-country procedures.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may be calculated at checkout or confirmed separately for custom, oversized, battery-related, or project-based orders. If a checkout shipping quote is unavailable or unsuitable for the order, we may contact the customer to confirm the shipping method and cost before shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, inspection, brokerage fees, import documentation, or destination-country requirements. Unless separately agreed in writing, customers are responsible for local import duties, taxes, customs clearance support, and any information required by the destination country or carrier.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows an issue, a package arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact NiceUAV as soon as possible with order information, photos, videos, packaging evidence, and carrier documents so we can review the case with the carrier or production team.
