This page explains the general shipping, delivery, return, and after-sales terms for NiceUAV orders. Because many NiceUAV products are custom or project based, final terms may be confirmed separately before payment.

Shipping Policy

Order confirmation

Before shipment, product configuration, quantity, destination, shipping method, packaging requirements, and any custom details should be confirmed. For customized or project-based products, production begins only after the order details and payment terms are agreed.

Processing and production time

Processing time varies by product type, stock status, customization level, and production schedule. Standard items may ship faster, while custom UAV, inflatable, LED, or event-performance products may require additional production and testing time.

Shipping methods

Available shipping methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, or other arranged logistics depending on product size, batteries, electronics, destination country, and delivery urgency.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package size, weight, logistics method, customs requirements, and any special handling needs. Unless otherwise stated, shipping, taxes, duties, import fees, and local handling charges are not included in product pricing.

Customs, taxes, and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery inspection

Please inspect the package as soon as it arrives. If the outer package is visibly damaged, take photos before opening it and contact the carrier and NiceUAV as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

General return eligibility

Returns may be considered for eligible standard items only when the product is unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Please contact us before returning any item.

Custom and project-based products

Customized products, made-to-order products, special event configurations, branded items, and project-based UAV solutions are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed quality issue or a separate written agreement.

Non-returnable conditions

Products may not be eligible for return if they have been used, modified, damaged by improper operation, exposed to unsuitable environments, missing accessories, or returned without prior approval.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or appears defective, contact NiceUAV promptly with order details, photos, videos, package images, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and advise whether repair, replacement parts, replacement, or another solution is appropriate.

Return shipping

Unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by NiceUAV, return shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, and related fees are normally the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing may vary depending on payment provider, bank processing time, and order circumstances.

Important Notes

Flight-related products should be operated responsibly and in suitable environments. The buyer is responsible for following local laws, venue rules, battery safety practices, and operating instructions. For event use, please confirm venue conditions before ordering.
