This page explains the general shipping, delivery, return, and after-sales terms for NiceUAV orders. Because many NiceUAV products are custom, project-based, battery-powered, or flight-related, final terms may be confirmed separately before payment and shipment.
Order Confirmation
Before shipment, product configuration, quantity, destination, shipping method, packaging requirements, and any custom details should be confirmed. For customized or project-based products, production begins only after the order details and payment terms are agreed.
Battery, Remote Control, and Flight Product Shipping Notice
Some NiceUAV products may include batteries, remote controllers, electronic components, or flight-related equipment. Because of this, international shipping may be subject to stricter carrier review, air transport restrictions, customs inspection, or additional destination-country requirements.
Shipping time may therefore be longer than standard consumer products, and some orders may require additional documentation, confirmation, or a specific shipping method before dispatch.
Before order confirmation, payment, and shipment, NiceUAV will communicate with the customer to confirm the product configuration, destination, shipping method, estimated delivery schedule, and any possible shipping or customs requirements.
We recommend that customers stay in contact with us during the order and shipping process so that delivery, customs, and project timing details can be confirmed in time.
Processing and Production Time
Processing time varies by product type, stock status, customization level, and production schedule. Standard items may ship faster, while custom UAV, inflatable, LED, or event-performance products may require additional production and testing time.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods depend on the product size, battery status, destination, carrier acceptance, and local import rules. NiceUAV will help review suitable options before dispatch, but delivery timelines are estimates and may change because of carrier review, customs inspection, weather, holidays, or destination-country procedures.
Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, inspection, or import documentation requirements. Unless separately agreed in writing, customers are responsible for local import duties, taxes, customs clearance support, and any information required by the destination country or carrier.
Returns and After-Sales Support
Because many NiceUAV products are customized, project-based, or prepared for specific event requirements, returns are not automatically accepted after production, shipment, or delivery. Any return, replacement, repair, or refund request must be reviewed based on the confirmed order terms and the actual product condition.
If the package arrives damaged, missing parts, or with a clear product issue, please contact NiceUAV as soon as possible and provide photos, videos, order information, and packaging evidence so we can review the case with the carrier or production team.
